3 LAMBORGHINI VERSI EARTH CODE INFO

1.The New Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder

Two years after the launch of the Coupe version of the Gallardo, Automobili Lamborghini is presenting the new Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder at the Frankfurt Motor Show. This latest addition brings the marque's range of supercars to four models.

The Gallardo Spyder is not just an open-top version of the Coupe, but is a completely new model. It has an attractive new design and a unique system for opening and closing the fabric roof that utilizes the engine compartment to store the folded roof.

The Lamborghini Centro Stile and engineers from the Research and Development team have worked in close partnership to develop this new design and to bring these clean and sharp lines on the road.

Gallardo Spyder Design

The original design vision for the Gallardo was created in the year 2000 and this vision continues with the "open" version.

The dimensions of the Gallardo, combined with its competitive performance targets, ensure the car has an athletic compactness. The long wheelbase complemented by short overhangs dynamise its appearance. The Gallardo Spyder features typical and unique mono-volume proportions, which integrate the Lamborghini design attributes of purism, athleticism and sharpness.

The cab-forward cockpit is integrated in the body by a strongly-slanted front screen and tensed pillars. The complex surfacing is intersected by crisp graphics and its detailing, which is orientated towards optimum cooling, evokes a strong aeronautical influence in its proportions and formal language.

The Roof

The roof raising/lowering system of the Gallardo Spyder is based on an electronic control system with electrohydraulic actuators. The roof raising/lowering mechanism is extremely simple to operate by way of two push-buttons on the centre of the dashboard. And the whole operation takes just over 20 seconds.

The rear screen moves automatically while the roof is being opened or closed. This automatically-controlled movement always returns the screen to the raised position. The driver can also choose to have the screen in the lowered position (also with the roof raised) by pressing the appropriate button on the dashboard. There is also a "service function" that positions the roof so as to allow access to the engine.

Gallardo Spyder Engine and Performance

The new Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder features a number of important modifications to the original engine and transmission from the Coupe. The 10-cylinder 4961 cc propulsion unit now develops 520 bhp at 8,000 rpm. The six-speed gearbox now has lower ratios (1st gear is 27% lower, 2nd gear is 13%, 3rd / 4th / 5th gears are all 6% lower, while 6th gear is 3.5% lower), which create a more dynamic performance.

The steering is also more direct and precise and the suspension has been recalibrated.

Like the other models in the range, the Gallardo Spyder also benefits from aluminum bodywork and features permanent four-wheel drive.

And finally, its performance figures: the Gallardo Spyder - which complies with EURO 4 homologation standards - reaches a top speed of 314 km/h with the roof up and 307 km/h with the roof down, accelerating from 0 to 62 mph in 4.3 seconds.

2.Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera

The Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, a version of the Gallardo, was launched at the 2007 Geneva Auto Show. The Superleggera paid tribute to the first Lamborghini production model, the famous 350GT, which was designed and built by the Carrozzeria Touring in Milan, a coachbuilding company that recently restarted its activities. The Lamborghini Gallardo doesn't have a Superleggera style constructed body, only the name.[1]
The engine's improved intake, exhaust and ECU added 10 PS (7 kW; 10 hp) for a total of 530 PS (390 kW; 523 hp). The 6-speed e-gear transmission, usually a US$ 10,000 option, now comes as a standard. A 6-speed manual gearbox was still offered as a no cost option.
The Superleggera is lighter than the base Gallardo by 100 kg (220 lb) (70 kg (150 lb) in US model) from 1,430 kg (3,200 lb) via the use of carbon fibre panels for the rear diffuser, undertray, the rearview-mirror housings, the interior door panels, the central tunnel, engine cover; titanium wheel nuts, carbon fibre sports seats with Alcantara.
Colour choices include Midas Yellow, Borealis Orange, Telesto Gray and Noctis Black.[2]
The vehicle was unveiled in 2007 Geneva Auto Show.[3]
The full price for a Superleggera with everything on it runs for over $260,000. Lamborghini began offering the Gallardo Superleggera in June 2007.[4]
In March 2008, Lamborghini announced that they had ceased production of the Gallardo Superleggera.[5] During its production life, 172 were produced, with 10 in white, 34 in grey, 37 in black, 45 in yellow and 46 in orange. And 1 was custom painted pink and is owned in London.[6]

3.Lamborghini Reventon

The Lamborghini Reventon is designed and created at Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy which is the birthplace of Lamborghini cars. It was developed at Lamborghini Research and Development by the company’s car experts and people from Centro Stile. The made sure that in creating the Reventon that it will be a super class car that has no equals.
There are many features that make the Lamborghini Reventon stand out. One of those is the improvement on this supercar. The front of the car was specifically designed as an acute angled arrow to improve its intake of air which easily cools down the 12 cylinder calipers and carbon disks brakes while accelerating. This design also improves its aerodynamics and interior cooling system which is one of the great things about the car.
Key
Another key feature of the Reventon is its lighting system. The front of the car is accessorized with the newest light-emitting diodes and Bi-Xenon headlights. In back of the car, 7 LED lights are placed and 10 diodes that serves as hazard lights and indicator. This light system accessories ensures uninterrupted daylights and long continuous time of usage.
Also, the car lights are created to have an extra optical arrow effects, so that the driver will enjoy seeing the road where he is driving. Moreover, all of those lights are heatproof which prolong light system’s life span. The cockpit of the Reventon is also proven to be so evolutional. The interior of the car is made of leather, aluminum, carbon, and Alcantara that are carefully selected to ensure the top of its quality. It also has an easy-to-use touch buttons that will instantly change the information display mode of the vehicle. Another thing that is noteworthy in its interior is the G-Force meter, which amazingly displays the cars acceleration, dynamic drive force, and breaking, in a 3-dimensional viewing, just like in aeronautics.

Performance
Another great thing about Lamborghini Reventon is the acceleration features that are embedded to it. From the classic MurciƩlago LP640, Lamborghini Reventon also takes the 12 cylinders engine which is a guaranteed high class machine. This gives the car a maximum speed of 340 kilometer/hour and a starting acceleration which could get 100 kilometers/hour in just 3.4 seconds. This ensures that no ordinary car can out speed this type of Lamborghini supercar.
Lamborghini Reventon supercar is a truly revolutionary. Sadly, there are only 20 of them, and their owners surely are not giving them away at any time soon.
